Put the two weekday numbers in the last field: 2,4 means Tuesday and Thursday. Adjust the minute and hour for your time.

The list 2,4 selects Tuesday and Thursday. You can also write TUE,THU.

2=Tuesday, 4=Thursday. Cron weekdays run 0 (Sun) to 6 (Sat).
Different times per day
Cron cannot vary the time by day in one line. Add two lines: 0 9 * * 2 and 0 14 * * 4 for Tue 09:00 and Thu 14:00.
